Making Your Own Questions/Answers, CSV Files:
Import CSV, Tab Delimited.
First Column Questions, Second Column Answers.
You can make one using a simple Notepad file like this and saving it as a ".csv" file.
sample.csv (replace "(tab)" with an actual tab):

Controls:
- Mouse

- Gamepad D-pad (up1, left2, down3, right4)

CTRL+Mouse Wheel to Zoom/Resize
Press F2 to give yourself a handicap of +100 wrong answers, which will dynamically adjust to make it easier by showing fewer (1-2, instead of 3) wrong options.
